Refunds & Cancellations Policy
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for products and services purchased from Shreevarma's Wellness.
1. Consultation Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund or to re-book without any additional charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

2. Product Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for products within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including any shipping charges.
- For other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed for the product amount only.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code (unless defective).
- Digital products or services that have been accessed or used.
