In Shreevarma, the real meaning of yoga shines as each & every practice are based on roots of ancient scriptures. We are conducting the vedic yoga which mailnly deals with cleansing & strengthening of body, mind & soul. We realize the importance & practices of patanjali, the father of yoga & whole heartedly follows his basic creativities.

PRACTICES
In a 1 hour yoga session, we try to first cleanse the body & mind by SHUDDHI ( Cleansing practices) & then strengthening them by the practice of asanas.

OUR CONCEPT
Our concept of performing yoga is based on the CHAKRA cleansing & strengthening. Due to our faulty life habits & styles our energy channels in the body gets blocked, there by the functioning of chakras are deteriorated. Regular practice is required to maintain the practice of VEDIC yoga.

CONDUCTED BY
Yoga is conducted under the guidance of professionals in the field there by making it well standard & highly effective.

TIMINGS
Our yoga practice has no time limit, but aim for the of reaching each & every one of the society who are bound by lack of time, we had fixed it morning whenthe sun god smiles at us that is from 6.30 am & evening when the all living beings returns to original life to take rest with nature that is 6.30 pm. Yoga for kids are conducted every weekend to make them ready to face the world spiritually than mentally. Therapeutic yoga sessions are also conducted respecting the healing power of yoga.

GURU SANNIDHI YOGA
The guru is like ‘dynamite’ – ‘dynamic’ and ‘diamond’! When the dynamic diamond blade of the guru is brought around the stone of the disciple, all the impurities and falsehood get chiselled away and all that remains is pure eternal bliss.The greatest happening on planet Earth is a disciple being with the Master & getting enlightened.

REGULAR YOGA CLASSES (from Monday – Saturday)
Morning 6:30 am
It fills the day with freshness, happiness & rejoice. It helps to face all the challenges of daily life with positiveness & with a new outlook.

Evening 6:30 pm
It takes away all the tiredness of the whole day & enriches with energy & freshness. Those who can’t attend the morning class, this is a blessing for them.

YOGA FOR KIDS
Today child suffers from the effect of modernization. A high growth environment puts tremendous pressure on the child – he has to prove himself before parents, peers, friends and teachers. It can help a child to achieve balance in a fast changing world and prepares him for a healthy adolescence.By which a good health can be maintained till late in life and a multitude of ailments can be avoided. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. 

Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga helps to bring that marvellous calm and focus that all children have to the surface.Yoga improves confidence, concentration, sensitivity, memory power thus making the student more brilliant in his curriculum.

“Behind every successful man there is a woman” In most of the cases these woman may not be a professional, housewives will be playing the role. To make a housewife apt for this duty yoga helps, to reduce all her physical and mental stress and to lead the whole family in a positive way.
